By accessing or using the Buzars website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Buzars provides cross-border commerce facilitation services including but not limited to logistics coordination, legal documentation support, packaging and design services, digital marketing, marketplace management, and related consulting. Specific service terms are set out in individual service agreements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of any business you represent to use our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Buzars. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Partner Services
Buzars coordinates services delivered by third-party partners. While we vet our partners carefully, Buzars is not liable for the direct actions of partner service providers. Separate contracts may govern your relationship with specific partners.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for services in the three months preceding any claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement, including pricing, strategies, and customer data.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For EU consumers, applicable mandatory EU consumer protection laws also apply.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
